Collection and use of information

Collection of information: Fields Click & Protect™   only collects information from website visitors that intentionally enter into registration of feedback forms, or from people that intentionally try to bypass our security. Fields Click & Protect™   is the only owner of that information. There are a number of sections within the registration and use of Services processes that may require you to enter personally identifiable information.

Open an account registration process: In order to use the Services, users must open an account. They will be asked for personally identifiable and/or company information such as name, address, email address, telephone numbers, usernames and passwords. Users will also be asked to tell us about IP and/or Website Addresses ("Address(es)") that they wish to scan using the Services. Additionally, users will be requested to supply payment information via our third party payment gateway WorldPay, i.e. credit/debit card details. This information is used to set-up one-off and recurring billing services as requested by the users in order to use the Services. Fields Click & Protect™   does not store any credit/debit card information. If there are problems processing orders or we need to make further enquiries to identify users, we may use some of the collected information to contact you.

Service delivery: Fields Click & Protect™   performs vulnerability tests on Addresses on request and stores results in a secure database for review by the owner of these results. Users who have monthly renewable plans will be able to review results stored for a period of three months, after which it is deleted.

Vulnerability data: This is collected and stored in a secure database. Reports are linked to the user account so that they can be delivered to the user by the preferred methods as set-up in the user account management section of the Service. This personally identifiable data is not shared with any third party. Statistical analysis of the total data may be used to report trends to users and used in online and offline marketing literature.

Payment information: Fields Click & Protect™   does not store credit or debit card details in any form. Monthly renewable Services are managed via our third party payment gateway WorldPay who provide a monthly account agreement number which we use to initiate future payments through our account management and payment system controlled by the Service.

Use of cookies: A cookie is a piece of information sent to a browser by a Web Server. The browser then returns that information to the Web server. Fields Click & Protect™  's management application is a web application developed using the Microsoft .NET framework which uses encrypted persistent cookies throughout to maintain stability and speed up processes. The only time a user will notice the use of these cookies is when they select the "Remember me" option in the log in process. Next time the user returns to the Service from the same computer, they will be automatically logged in to the Service. Session cookies are also used during the registration process to temporarily store user registration details for error trapping and submission to a stored procedure that enters the data into our user database. Once the browser is closed, these session cookies are destroyed. The privacy policy covers the use of cookies used by Fields Click & Protect™   only and not by any third parties. The Service includes links to other websites that Fields Click & Protect™   has no control over.

Third parties: Fields Click & Protect™   does not share your personal information with any third party unless required to by law. However, in the event of a change of control or a sale of Fields Click & Protect™  , we may pass your personal information to the incoming investors/purchaser.

Website statistics: Fields Click & Protect™   collects statistical data from website visitors such as IP addresses, browser type, general website usage, basic demographic and geographical data for internal use. This information helps us analyse website trends and usage only.

Spyware: Fields Click & Protect™   does not endorse the use of spyware in any shape or form in any of our websites or Services.

Communications from Fields Click & Protect™  

New users: An email requesting that they validate their email will be sent to all new users address before they can log in to the Services.

Payment confirmations: will be Emailed to users when they buy Services or modify payment agreements.

Forgotten passwords: Users can request that their passwords are sent to them by email if they forget them.

Alerting: Valid, registered users will receive email alerts notifying them of vulnerability scan results as they become available. They will also receive occasional notifications of new vulnerabilities, changes to the Services, Terms and Privacy as required.

Support: Support issues are normally resolved using Fields Click & Protect™  's online support system. Support tickets and resolutions are communicated via the Services and via email.

Newsletters: Fields Click & Protect™   may send out email newsletters containing company or industry news on subjects such as security, special offers, jobs, business opportunities. Recipients may opt in/out at any time.

Shared information

Legal disclaimer: Fields Click & Protect™   makes every effort to safeguard the privacy of its website visitors and registered users, however, there may be occasions when we are required by law to disclose personal details.

Third parties: Fields Click & Protect™   shares personally identifiable information with a third party payment provider, WorldPay. In this instance, the name, address, and email address of the user is shared.

Links: The website and Services contain links to other websites. Fields Click & Protect™   is not responsible for the privacy policies of these websites.

Security: Fields Click & Protect™   makes every effort to safeguard users’ personally identifiable information. Information submitted via forms is encrypted using SSL encryption, as is evident from the padlock symbol in the bottom right of browsers such as Internet Explorer when accessing a secured area. If you click on the padlock, you will see details of the secure certificate. Also, access to sensitive data is restricted to employees who may have a direct need to see proportions of personally identifiable data, such as accounts staff or technical support. In addition employees who have access to our database are trained to maintain and secure all information in accordance with data protection laws. All of our servers and back-ups are maintained in a secure co-location centre with 24/7 security.

Access and accuracy: Fields Click & Protect™   strives to keep your personally identifiable information accurate. We are working to make it easier for you to review the information Fields Click & Protect™   stores about you and enable you, if necessary, to update or correct it.
